Patient Brochures

The following patient information brochures are available for purchase from the National Uterine Fibroids Foundation by completing the Patient Brochure Order Form or by calling NUFF at (805) 482-2698. Single sample copies are available for free by calling or emailing NUFF with your request at PatientBrochure@NUFF.org.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION: To pay by credit card, please go to PayPal.com and login with your PayPal account OR click on the link to "Send Money" to set up a new account for sending funds/purchasing items through a secured server online. Once registered and logged into your account, click on the tab to "Send Money." The email address for all donations & purchases is:

Please provide your name, shipping address, and specific brochure and quantity desired in the text box provided on the "Send Money" web page. All brochures are shipped Priority Mail the same day your request and payment is received.
