Thank you for registering for Opening Doors, to be held on January 24 & 25, 2003 in Monterey, California. Online conference registration is complete upon receipt of full payment using the National Uterine Fibroids Foundation's PayPal account. Conference Fees

$165 - Early Registration Fee. Pay by December 23, 2002 to receive this rate. Includes all meals (2 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch), Wine Tour, and Presentations. Hotel accomodations NOT included

$190 - Late Registration Fee. All registrations paid after December 23, 2002 pay this fee. Includes all means (2 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch), Wine Tour, and Presentations. Hotel accomodations NOT included.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail, email, or fax to the National Uterine Fibroids Foundation. There will be a $15 processing charge for cancellations made by December 31, 2002. Refunds for cancellations made after 12/31/02 will be based upon the date the cancellation is received in the NUFF office as follows:

Between January 1 thru 11, 2003: 50% refund

After January 11: no refund

Refunds apply to registration fees only. Hotel cancellations must be made by contacting the Casa Munras Garden Hotel directly.
